1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how The Cyclya Developer Group ("we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information from users of the Cyclya tracking application. We are highly committed to protecting your health and cycle data privacy.

2. Information We Collect & How We Use It

We restrict data collection exclusively to features necessary to make the app function properly:

• Email Address (Authentication): Collected via a secure double opt-in pattern. We use your email solely to issue secure magic links to authenticate your login sessions.
• Cycle & Period Tracking Metrics: Logged details remain securely stored within our hosted Supabase database architecture. This information is stored for the sole purpose of allowing you to seamlessly sync or transfer your data when upgrading or switching devices.
• Partner Integration Data: If you intentionally opt to use a Partner Code, a defined, read-only aggregated slice of usage metrics might be shared with that authorized partner. No personally identifiable health datasets are exposed to partners without unambiguous consent.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with select third parties to run the platform application:

• Supabase: Coordinates cloud infrastructure and secure storage tasks.
• Google AdMob: Serves contextual advertising to support our free tiers. AdMob processes device identifiers and localized cookie states to serve ads. You can easily manage personalized ad profiling configurations directly within your OS settings. We absolutely never share or sell your cycle or health log data to AdMob or external marketing entities.
• App Stores (Apple/Google): All monetary conversions, subscriptions, or transactional processing frameworks are managed natively by the mobile storefront provider.

4. Retention and Deletion Rights

Your data belongs entirely to you. You can completely wipe your profile history instantly by triggering the "Delete Account" routine within your active user application settings panel. This initiates a permanent drop of your relational rows within our Supabase systems.
